The Biden administration published a long-awaited notice for the $1 billion, four-year cybersecurity grant program in last year's infrastructure law.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said state and local governments receiving FEMA grants will now be required to use at least 7.5% of those funds on cybersecurity.
