From IT asset management and automated password resets to request fulfillment and project management, the new platform increased productivity of IT staff, reduced redundant work and enhanced the employee experience. Utilizing the platform, Spencer helped the City achieve greater process efficiencies within the hundreds of public records requests every year resulting in a 50% time savings managing these requests. By consolidating IT systems used by seven different departments onto a single platform the City saved over $350,000 per year.
